Confirmation of a booking is by way of a credit card for a non-refundable deposit/booking fee of GBP 15 per head to confirm the booking.

Guests are welcome to arrive after 1600 hours, but if you wish to arrive earlier please telephone 01829781484 to let us know your expected arrival time. We are normally flexible over this.
Also please notify us at the time of your booking of your approximate time of arrival if after 1900 hours. Latest initial registration time 2200 hours unless agreed to otherwise.

Breakfast is served in the dining room on weekdays from 0730 until 0900hours and on Sundays from 0800 to 0930hours.

Should you have to cancel, please remember that a contract exists between you and Higher Huxley Hall with whom you have made a booking. Higher Huxley Hall will try to re-let your cancelled accommodation, but your non-refundable deposit/booking fee will not be refunded. It is Higher Huxley Hall policy that if we are not able to re-let the accommodation you will be liable for 80% the total within 48 hours of your arrival date.
